Agriturismo La Renaia is 5 minutes far from the old town of Cortona and is in the middle of the Tuscan countryside.
The property developed from an historical water mill of XVII century that has been wisely restored.
The main building now is harmoniously surrounded by annexes that embrace the courtyard.
The cozy apartments and rooms benefit of terracotta floors and beautiful wooden Tuscan furniture with a dedicated outside.
Form the courtyard, you have access many shared services including laundry room, games, billiard room, table football. You also have access to the ancient wood oven and a covered wood bbq.
You can enjoy a large garden that include a 14x6 mt swimming pool open from May to September and close to it a tennis court.
In 2018 we introduced a professional kitchen and a wide living room. On request, we prepare ad-hoc dinners with traditional local receipts based on seasonal products coming from nearby farms.
We really take care of the environment. We installed photovoltaic panel to make you benefit of clean energy during your stay.
We are happy also to support Cortona in the recycling process and we make our own compost to naturally fertilize the soil.
