Pozzo (“well” in Italian) name descends from an hand-made well that once was included the space where the apartment is nowadays. Close to it, it used to be also a washtub.
The apartment is 45sm and comprises a bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious kitchen and a big veranda with fireplace for your breakfasts and dinners. This is an ideal solution for 2-3 people that need easy-access (accessible also for people with mobility issues/ handicaps).

- Heating based on consumption (generally needed from October to March) – approximate cost is 15€/day.
- Cradle 0/3 years: 5€/day (if needed) – maximum 20€; payment onsite.
- Deposit: 150€ at your arrival with return on departure.
